Strikes Deal To Acquire Remaining 20% Holding In US Generics Firm

Ipca has struck a deal to take full ownership of US firm Bayshore Pharmaceuticals by acquiring the remaining 20% stake that it did not already own.

Indian active pharmaceutical ingredient and formulations firm Ipca Laboratories has struck a deal to take full ownership of US generics player Bayshore Pharmaceuticals by acquiring the remaining 20% stake in Bayshore that it does not already own for $1.2m in cash.
