Strides Completes Acquisition Of Endo US Facility And ANDAs

The $24m Deal Involves Manufacturing Site And Multiple ANDAs From Endo

Two months after announcing the deal, Strides Pharma Science has closed its acquisition of a US manufacturing site and basket of ANDAs from Endo, doubling the company’s burgeoning US business and providing much-needed cash to the US-based company.

Strides Pharma Science Limited has bolstered its growing operations in the US after completing its $24m acquisition of Endo’s manufacturing site in Chestnut Ridge, New York, alongside a basket of abbreviated new drug application across multiple therapies.
