Montreal-Based Firm Has Paid CAD30m For Its Rival Company

Sunshine Biopharma is set to bolster its portfolio by more than 50 products, while adding more than CAD10m to its top line, after snapping up its fellow Canadian firm Nora Pharma.

Sunshine Biopharma feels it has a “solid position in the generic prescription drugs industry,” and is “closer to our objective of becoming a fully-integrated pharma company,” after completing its acquisition of fellow Canadian firm Nora Pharma.
