Ipca Laboratories has completed an open offer for another slice of Unichem, following a recent deal to acquire a third of the company.

Ipca Laboratories has acquired a further 19.29% stake in its fellow Indian firm Unichem for INR5.98bn ($71.9m), taking its holding in the company north of 50% and making it an official Ipca subsidiary.
