Jacqueline Henderson has held a variety of roles at Johnson & Johnson in a career that began in 1996 in consumer division sales in Canada. In April 2023, she was elevated from VP, EMEA, vision care, to president, Johnson & Johnson Vision EMEA, a newly created role conferring oversight of both Vision Care and Surgical Vision.
