Monica Shaw joined Bristol Myers Squibb Company as head of major markets in September. Based in Zurich, she is senior vice president and head of European markets, overseeing 22 countries – the company’s largest territories outside the US. But the industry is in a tricky place, contending with political pressure to cut drug prices and reduce spending more generally.
