First-time CEO Laksh Aithani co-founded CHARM Therapeutics in 2021. The artificial intelligence-driven biotech is discovering and developing small molecule medicines against difficult-to-drug targets using its 3-D, deep learning-enabled platform.

The CEO told In Vivo, “We feel very confident that we'll be able to get into the clinic soon” with internally developed programs.
