AGA Medical Holdings Inc. & St. Jude Medical Inc.St. Jude Medical Inc. has acquired fellow public cardiovascular device company AGA Medical Holdings Inc. for about $1.3bn, including the assumption of $225mm in debt. Shareholders will receive $20.80 per share (a 43% premium), with half paid in cash and the remainder in stock.
