Judge Favors Abbott In Foreign Test-Strip Suit

A judge has backed Abbott in a lawsuit against vendors of foreign diabetic test strips. The opinion from a New York federal court says Abbott deserves summary judgement and sanctions against H&H Wholesale Services.
