Telehealth company Amwell priced its stock between $14 and $16 per share for its planned IPO and partnered with Google for its cloud services.

Telehealth company Amwell hopes to raise $560m in an initial public offering, according to an S-1 registration statement. The company said it will offer 35 million shares of its class A common stock priced between $14 and $16 a share.
