The Medicines and Medical Devices bill, the Brexit bill that transfers the regulatory decision-making formerly carried out by the European Commission to the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, received Royal Assent on 11 February. The enacted primary legislation is the UK Medicines and Medical Devices Act 2021.
