NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 Expands Guidance’s Scope, Introduces ‘Govern’ Function

NIST released the second version of its Cybersecurity Framework, emphasizing the importance of cybersecurity across sectors.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has released Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0 Draft for public feedback.

NIST is a part of the US Department of Commerce, and its CSF, first released in 2014, has been a guiding document for cybersecurity in the medtech industry and beyond.
