US FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb warned industry that Capitol Hill tolerance for continued gaming of the system to prevent competition and keep prices high is waning.

During his May 3 address to the Food and Drug Law Institute's Annual Conference, Gottlieb said Congress could start making changes if industry does not retire tactics such as improper pay-for-delay
