DTC Price Disclosure Should Include Cost Sharing Context, Patient Groups Tell CMS

The US Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services proposed rule requiring that manufacturers disclose list pricing in direct-to-consumer TV ads should also provide for information on average patient cost sharing, many patient and payer groups argue in comments to the agency.
