Two generics firms have been provisionally found to have breached competition law by reaching agreements intended to delay the entry of competing products.

The UK Competition and Markets Authority has accused two generics companies, Auden Mckenzie and Waymade, of breaching competition law by agreeing not to compete over the supply of hydrocortisone tablets to the National Health Service between July 2011 and April 2015.
