Endo International PLC and Allergan PLC's proposed settlements with the two Ohio county plaintiffs in the upcoming trial in the massive US multidistrict opioid litigation give them some reprieve from the high-profile proceedings as the parties continue to discuss a comprehensive resolution of the litigation.
