Eli Lilly and Company is challenging 10-year old federal guidance allowing contract pharmacies to receive 340B pricing by implementing a plan that blocks those entities from getting the discounts for Cialis.
The restrictions apply to Cialis (tadalafil) formulations approved specifically for patients with erectile dysfunction. They were announced in a notice from Lilly posted recently to the US Health Resources and Services Administration website
