US FDA Hiring Strategy Shifts Focus From ‘Vacancies’ To ‘Net Gains’

As outside report urges increased planning and culture changes,  FDA OTS Director Keller says recruitment will stop ‘order taking’ and move to ‘forecasting the hiring needs of each of the centers.’

With a streamlined hiring process pilot showing improvements, the US Food and Drug Administration also is looking to change the tone of its recruitment efforts.
