Health Plan Disclosure Of ‘Negotiated’ And ‘Historical Net’ Drug Prices Required In HHS Rule

US private insurance plans will be required to publicly report two types of prescription drug prices to enhance consumer understanding of drug costs and their out-of-pocket expenses under a final rule released on 29 October.
