Two EU proposals aimed at ensuring the continued long-term supply of medicines from Great Britain to Northern Ireland and other smaller markets will shortly enter into force after the European Parliament adopted the relevant legislation in plenary session on 7 April. The Council of the EU, representing the member states, will follow suit next week.
