Pricing Reform Advocates Poised For ‘Rearguard Action’ By Industry If Legislation Prevails

Significant drug pricing reform legislation appears to have a good chance of being enacted in the US after more than 20 years of efforts by advocates. But proponents of reform do not believe the fight is over.

“We expect it to pass in the next few weeks,” Protect Our Care chairman Leslie Dach said during a press briefing on the legislation 21 July
