EU Pharma Revision Proposals Still Awaiting Start Of Legislative Debate

The European Commission’s proposals for overhauling the EU pharmaceutical legislation may have been published back in April but such is the complexity of the package and the preparations for the legislative debate that negotiations at the European Parliament and the Council of the EU have still not begun.
