House Republicans: Drug Shortage Solutions Must Move Beyond FDA

House Energy and Commerce Committee Republicans used their lack of confidence in the US Food and Drug Administration’s ability to prevent and mitigate drug shortages to help justify keeping supply chain reforms out of their Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act (PAHPA) reauthorization plans.
