The US 340B drug discount program is at a “critical inflection point” that requires Congressional action to help assure it continues to serve the safety net provider community, Health Resources & Services Administration Office of Special Health Initiatives Director Krista Pedley told the 340B Health annual winter conference in San Diego on 30 January.
