EU’s New Variations Rules Will Cut Regulatory Burden, But Some Are Less Happy Than Others

New EU rules that will allow variations to marketing authorizations to be processed more quickly are due to take effect at the beginning of 2025 after the European Commission adopted a “delegated regulation” amending the current variations regulation (No 1234/2008).
