Hospitals benefitting from the 340B outpatient drug discount program would be required to pass through manufacturer discounts to certain low-income patients under a new bill introduced by Reps. Larry Bucshon, R-IN; Buddy Carter, R-GA; and Diana Harshbarger, R-TN, on 28 May.
