EU Pharma Reform, SPCs, Compulsory Licensing Among Parliament’s ‘Unfinished Business’

On 23 July, each of the new European Parliament’s 20 standing committees will hold a “constitutive” meeting during which they will elect a chair and up to four vice-chairs in preparation for the new legislative session.
