The US Medicare agency is creating a formal reconciliation process for new inflation rebates in Part B and Part D of the program.

The US Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is planning to create a formal reconciliation process for the Medicare Part B and Part D inflation rebate programs, the agency said in a proposed regulatory codification of the new rebates created via the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act.
