REACH Revealed: 2010 Registrants Identify Program Strengths, Frustrations

A survey conducted by the European Chemicals Agency indicates that registrants under the EU’s Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals program made ample use of the agency’s guidance documents, but its information technology services may be too complex. The survey elicited feedback from about 900 successful registrants.
