California Cracks Down On Hair Spray, Styling Product VOCs

Taking action under regulations designed to reduce emissions from consumer products, California’s Air Resources Board has fined 22 hair spray and hair-styling product manufacturers, distributors and retailers a total of $457,197 for exceeding the state’s VOC limits.
