CIR’s Draft Ingredient List For 2015 Review Raises No Red Flags

The CIR Expert Panel released its draft list of 22 cosmetic ingredients/ingredient groups targeted for review in 2015, all low-hazard substances according to the Environmental Working Group’s Skin Deep website. CIR introduced the draft roster ahead of schedule to allow more time for public input, and will issue a final priority list in June.
