Herbalife Adds $17.5M To Ongoing ‘Reform’ To Settle Class Action

A federal judge notes Herbalife “already implemented some” reforms in response to the complaint that alleged it operated an “endless chain scheme.” Herbalife agrees for three years to follow policies including prohibiting “members from selling leads to other distributors and from purchasing leads from any source.”
