NPA Says Its ‘Natural’ Reg Proposal Jibes With FTC View, Court Trends

Natural trade association says a multi-tiered regulatory framework differentiating between “All Natural” and “Natural” claims, as well as other lower-level natural assertions, would require substantiation from brands on par with that currently sought by the courts while helping to keep companies out of them.
