Two Florida firms will pay less than half of a $1.3m judgement under a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission after hitting a grand slam of advertising regulation violations while marketing dietary supplements.
The court order FTC announced March 17 settling a complaint filed in June 2016 in US District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, requires Tachht Inc. and Teqqi LLC and the firms’ principals to pay $500,000 of the judgement based on their financial holdings
