U.K. natural health care and homeopathic product manufacturer A. Nelsons & Co. Ltd. appointed John Tucker president and CEO of Nelsons Bach USA Ltd., its U.S. subsidiary in Boston, replacing David Hinton, who will continue to consult with the company, Nelsons said Feb. 6. Tucker has more than 20 years’ experience as a pharmaceutical business executive in general management, marketing, sales and distribution. He previously held top posts with firms including AMAG Pharmaceuticals and Incline Therapeutics. Nelsons Bach in the past year extended distribution of the Rescue Remedy line of mood support herbals and H+Care Hemorrhoid Cream from natural health retailers to mainstream mass drug outlets including CVS and Walgreens, and launched Pur-Absorb Iron into mass retailers supported by an extensive marketing campaign and TV advertising.
