Pasadena, CA-based Yes To, Inc. is voluntarily recalling all lots of its Grapefruit Vitamin C Glow-Boosting Unicorn Paper Mask due to reports of skin irritation and redness in children and adult users.

Announced 16 January, the recall got the US Food and Drug Administration’s attention, which posted the company’s notice to its website the same day.
