Perrigo Co. PLC's president for its Americas consumer health division, Jeff Needham, is retiring and will be replaced by Rich Sorota, currently CEO and president of subsidiary company Ranir Global Holdings LLC, effective 23 March, the Dublin-based firm announced 7 February.
