Galenica Group has enhanced its Verfora Swiss consumer healthcare operation with the acquisition of phytotherapy and homeopathy specialist Spagyros for an undisclosed sum.

Slated to close in September, the deal will see Verfora acquire 100% of the share capital of Spagyros
