PCPC Working To Ensure State EPR Programs Are ‘Least Onerous As Possible’

The Personal Care Products Council’s state-level advocacy in the US is focused largely on a growing number of bills designed to target non-recyclable plastic packaging and establish extended producer responsibility (EPR) programs.
