Beauty Brands Not On TikTok Shop ‘Really Missing Out’ – KO-Pack

At one year, TikTok Shop conjures the early days of Amazon, representing the ‘Wild West’ of beauty ecommerce, said co-founders of private label and contract manufacturing company KO-Pack at the IBA Cosmetics Convergence Fall 2024 Virtual Symposium, “The Promise and Pitfalls of TikTok Shop.”

TikTok Shop, the video-hosting platform’s budding ecommerce feature, is providing smaller brands low barriers to entry and sharp boosts in sales on small marketing budgets, say the co-founders of private label and contract manufacturer KO-Pack Inc.

“What I’m telling people now is if you’re not on TikTok and you’re not doing TikTok Shop, or even just posting on TikTok [to] drag people to your website, then you’re really missing out on something,” said Payton LaCivita, owner and president of operations at the Chandler, Ariz
