Discovery Labs raises $45M, following FDA ok on lung drug

Discovery Laboratories has completed a public offering to sell 16.07 million shares of common stock at $2.80 per share. The company has estimated that the offering, managed by Lazard Capital, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, and Roth Capital Partners, would raise net proceeds of $42.1 million.
