IPO TABLE: Neothetics launches; Juno, Bellicum seek big bucks; EyeGate cuts price range

The only drug developer to launch an initial public offering during the week of 17 to 21 November was Neothetics, a San Diego-based company targeting belly fat, but two new IPOs entered the queue with gut-busting fundraising targets.
