Piramal eyes injectables scale-up with Coldstream buy

Piramal Enterprises, the diversified Indian healthcare to financial services company, has kicked off 2015 with an all-cash acquisition of the Kentucky-based specialty contract development and manufacturing firm Coldstream Laboratories for $30.65m.
