Perrigo acquires JB Laboratories

Perrigo has acquired the US-based OTC and nutrition product manufacturer JB Laboratories for around $44 million. Perrigo expects the acquisition to increase its annual sales by more than $70 million. The acquisition adds to Perrigo's OTC portfolio after it acquired Galpharm Healthcare for $86 million in January (ScripOnline, January 11th, 2008).
