Eli Lilly and Company has promoted Aarti Shah to the position of vice president and chief information officer. Shah joined Lilly in 1994, and has held a number of roles including vice president for biometrics and advanced analytics, executive director for global information sciences and most recently global brand development leader for immunology. She holds a doctorate in applied statistics from the University of California, Riverside, and in 2011 received the Rising Star Award from the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association (HBA).
