Takeda Extends PRA Alliance To Japan With New JV

Takeda is setting up a new joint venture in Japan to extend its global clinical development partnership with PRA, as part of an ongoing R&D overhaul.

Following its unveiling of a major global R&D overhaul last year, Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. is further strengthening its alliance with contract research organization PRA Health Sciences Inc. through the planned formation of a new joint venture in Japan.
