Bayer AG has appointed Bhavesh Ashar senior vice president and head of oncology for the company's US pharmaceutical division. Ashar was vice president and general manager of US oncology at Sanofi, where he spent over 14 years holding positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing. Before Sanofi, he was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company.
Mustang Bio Inc. has named Manuel Litchman president, CEO and a member of the company’s board of directors. Michael S. Weiss, who oversaw Mustang’s corporate operations on an interim basis, will continue as chair of the board. Litchman joins Mustang from Arvinas Inc., where he was previously president and CEO
