The decision by Europe’s two dermatology-focused pharma companies, Spain’s Almirall SA and Denmark’s Leo Pharma AS, to collaborate on developing a painless way of taking skin samples marks the first time the two specialty companies have joined forces to work together on supporting much-needed scientific breakthroughs in the therapeutic area.
