The UK pharmaceutical services company. Clinigen Group PLCis planning to acquire Quantum Pharma PLC in a cash-and-share deal valued at £150.3m ($199.5m), enlarging Clinigen's activities in the ethical supply of unlicensed medicines in the UK and continental Europe, and strengthening its role in commercializing medicine.
