The board has resigned at the crisis-hit Norwegian firm after shareholders voted against a reverse merger with APIM Therapeutics.

It seemed that troubled Nordic Nanovector ASA had secured its future through a merger with APIM Therapeutics AS  but those hopes have been blown away after shareholders voted against a tie-up with the fellow Norwegian biotech.
